Rosario Ferrero-Carr focuses her practice in the areas of domestic and international estate and tax planning and corporate and commercial transactions. She is involved in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign business entities and in the design and operation of domestic and foreign trusts. She also advises foreign individuals considering residing in the U.S. on a permanent basis, as well in the restructuring and disposition of U.S. real property holdings and FIRPTA withholding. She has extensive experience representing entrepreneurs, physicians, other professionals and high net worth individuals in their estate and wealth preservation planning and minimization of taxes, as well as in the formation, operation, and sale of their companies. Rosario also handles the structuring of business entities, preparation and negotiation of agreements, and probate matters. Rosario is fluent in Spanish and English.

Randy Narkir, a South Florida native, focuses his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate and guardianship administration, special needs planning, elder law, and asset protection.

He serves as a board member for various not-for-profit organizations. Randy regularly speaks at local, state, and national conferences, most often on the topics of estate and tax planning, guardianship and special needs trust planning.
